Each Neighbourhood is made up of Teams. They can be grouped by distinct streets, apartment floors, mobile home parks, townhouse complexes, or the nearest and best configuration that matches up to where you live.

The goal of Teams is to enable residents and visitors to build a sense of Community and belonging in Penticton’s Neighbourhoods.

Team Captains are residents committed to connecting face-to-face with their neighbours. Their role is to learn more about the members of their Team and build lasting connections. They’re dedicated to making Penticton a vibrant city, organizing meetings and events, and inspiring others to help build an inclusive, welcoming Community.
